Privacy policy

Information you choose to send

TradeCert does not require an account. If you email us, your email provider and ours process the address, message, and attachments you send. Do not include license numbers, Social Security numbers, payment information, or other sensitive identifiers.

Local decision tools

The career finder, comparison, saved paths, and reviewed-content search run in your browser. Finder results may be encoded in a shareable URL only when you choose to create one; the answers are broad career preferences, not a personal profile. Saved paths use local browser storage and are not sent to a TradeCert database. The source-tip builder opens your email application and does not submit a background web form.

Hosting and operational data

Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser, requested URL, timestamps, and error information to deliver and protect the site. Their handling is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Measurement

TradeCert may use privacy-focused, cookie-free page-view measurement supplied by our hosting provider. Our page feedback and tool events record only the action name—never search text, career-finder answers, calculator figures, or written messages.

Google advertising

TradeCert currently includes only Google’s publisher-account verification tag. Advertising scripts and personalized ads are disabled while the site is under review. Before activating advertising, we will update this policy and add legally required consent controls. Learn how Google uses information from partner sites.

External destinations

TradeCert links to government agencies, programs, schools, employers, and other third parties. Their privacy practices apply after you leave TradeCert.

Children

The site is intended for a general career-planning audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.

For a privacy question or deletion request concerning an email you sent, contact support@tradecertinfo.com. We may need enough information to locate the correspondence.
